These Terms and Conditions govern the temporary driver service provided by Laxmi Narasimha Car Driver, TMC Colony, Mahendra Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana.

1. Nature of Service

Laxmi Narasimha Car Driver provides temporary drivers to drive vehicles owned by the customer. This is not a car rental service and not a taxi service. No vehicle is provided by us — the customer must have their own vehicle with valid documents, insurance and applicable permits.

2. Availability and Enquiries

All enquiries are subject to confirmation. Submitting an enquiry through the website, WhatsApp or phone does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after we verify driver availability and communicate the confirmation to you. Service availability depends on your pickup area, schedule and driver availability.

3. Bookings

To book a driver, you must share your pickup location, date, time, expected duration and travel requirement. Any change to a confirmed booking should be communicated as early as possible so availability can be re-checked.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing depends on the nature, duration and distance of each requirement and will be communicated to you during booking. Unless agreed otherwise in advance, payment is made directly to the driver as per the terms communicated at the time of confirmation.

5. Customer Vehicle Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy, insured, taxed and legally compliant, and that fuel and toll requirements are arranged. The customer remains the owner and custodian of the vehicle at all times.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations or schedule changes should be communicated promptly via WhatsApp or phone. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to serve future requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, losses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns or events affecting the customer's vehicle.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
